RAYLEIGH BOYS YOUTH FOOTBALL CLUB.

 

RAYLEIGH BOYS RECEIVE FA CHARTER DEVELOPMENT STANDARD

 

Rayleigh boys youth football club were presented with the FA Charter Development standard by Mr Mark Francois MP in the presence of members of Rayleigh Town Council and Rochford District Council at King Georges Playing Fields Rayleigh. Mr Francois is seen presenting the Plaque and Certificate to Brian Mitchell who is General Manager at RBYFC and a co founder of the club over 30 years ago

 

Achieving Charter Standard Development Status has been a long journey and could not have been achieved without the hard work and support of the Conmmitee, Parents, Guardians, Managers and Coaches said Martin Shields Chairman of RBYFC, now we have Charter Standard Development Status we are better placed to bring the club forward hopefully with the help of Rayleigh and Rochford councils  to find a permanent home in Rayleigh that can be run and maintained as a world class Training and Match facility, so responding to the ever increasing population of  Rayleigh who require structured youth football.

 

Rayleigh Boys Youth Football Club has reached new heights this years culminating with the registration in local leagues of 29 youth football teams.

 

Rayleigh Boys are always looking for new players especially in years 1 and 2.

Rayleigh Boys U9 Tigers have recently received the Fair Play award from the South East Essex Primary Soccer League. The award is given to the team who has scored the highest amount of points for fairplay and sporting behaviour throughout the whole season throughout all 6 divisions of the U9 league. Manager Martin Shields was delighted to receive the award and said that he was proud of the conduct and behaviour of all the players throughout the season. He went on to explain that the ethos of the whole club was to be competitive but fair.
